Shipping

Xtreme Motorsports Corp. ships all of its products via UPS or Cal Overnight ground. Shipping usually takes 4-10 business days unless otherwise notified. UPS does not ship to PO BOXES. You must provide us with a physical address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays incurred after departure from our site. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, assuming that the merchandise is in stock. In the event of a backorder situation, we will either ship the merchandise directly from the factory or notify you via e-mail of the delay. Xtreme Motorsports Corp. will not ship to an address other than the billing address. If your billing and shipping address do not match, your order will be declined.

General Information

Most orders ship within 2 business days after placing your order providing all of the merchandise is in stock. Orders placed on the weekend are not processed until the following Monday. Special order items will take additional time and Xtreme Motorsports Corp. will notify you of the time it will take us to full fill your order. In the event of a backorder situation, we will either ship the merchandise directly from the factory or notify you of the delay.

Working and Business Days

Working and business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekend or holidays. The only shipments, which are delivered on Saturday, are the upgraded service packages by UPS. An additional cost may be incurred for products shipped next day air, second day air, and three day select. Please note that these types of shipping modes are the only modes which have a guaranteed delivery day.

Damaged and Lost Packages

If your shipment arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS or Cal Overnight customer service within the time allowed by the carrier. Typically 48 hours from receipt. Report the damage. Save all packaging material so that the carrier may inspect the claim. They will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to Xtreme Motorsports Corp.

Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Xtreme Motorsports Corp. customer service (Toll Free 800-583-2453) must be contacted within 24-hours of delivery to report the damage and schedule a reshipment.

Manufacturers Warranties

Please read any and all warranty information that comes with your Xtreme Wheels.

Fitment Guarantee

Always test fit wheels and accessories prior to mounting tires. Do not depend solely on website application data as they may be inaccurate. If the product does not fit your application, we will send you a replacement. If a replacement is not available Xtreme Motorsports Corp. will issue call tags to return product back to us. As long as the product is returned in its original, unmounted condition, we will issue a full refund including freight.

Returns and Refunds

All returns or cancellations are subject to a 50% restocking fee of total amount plus all freight charges incurred unless there has been an error on our part. Xtreme Motorsports Corp. will not accept for credit any product that has had a tire mounted on it, used or altered in any way. Product to be returned must be in the original packaging. Return and refund offer is good for 30 days after the product is received. There are no Returns or Refunds on special order items.

Requesting Authorization For A Return

If you need to return or exchange an item, please call Toll free (800-583-2453) for a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be new. Every return is subject to inspection. If it is deemed that damage to the product is a result of improper use, modification or accident: Xtreme Motorsports Corp. is not obligated to grant a refund. If the return is deemed to be at fault on the part of the manufacturer, we will refund you in full. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction, and will do everything to resolve any issues. Yet, we cannot grant refunds and accept returns for merchandise damaged due to events outside of our control. There are no Returns or Refunds on special order items.

Cancelled Orders

All cancelled orders are charged a 50% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part, such as fitment issues. If the cancellation is our fault, you shall be refunded in full. There are no cancellations on special order items.

Errors In Pricing

Xtreme Motorsports Corp. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Xtreme Motorsports Corp. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect transaction.
